Alumni: Giving U of T more reasons to be proud

Add some Alumni to your Community
The UTAA is bringing together alumni interested in having a positive impact in their communities with the organizations that are making a difference.

UTAA Connected @ the Centre for Social Innovation Annex

The second annual UTAA Connected event took place on April 28, 2015 at the Urbanspace Gallery in 401 Richmond West in Toronto. Once again, this event connected fantastic charities with U of T alumni at a lively evening celebrating volunteerism.

Guest speaker, Fulvio Martinez, Community Outreach and Media Relations Manager at the TORONTO 2015 Pan Am/Parapan Am Games, spoke about the importance of volunteering and community engagement. His remarks were followed by pitches from each charity who spoke about their causes and volunteer opportunities.

We look forward to the 2016 UTAA Connected event and the opportunity to bring even more social causes and active volunteers together. Check back in 2016 for details on this event.

In the meantime, check out the highlight video below from the inaugural Connected event in May 2014.
